– The Promotion is available to all Eligible Customers who participated from 17/4/2020 to 17/6/2020 and satisfy the requisite requirements stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
– Eligible Customer means Education Agents who:
- Registered an agent code on Annalink OSHCstudents’ Agent Portal and
- Signed corporate agreement and
- Made a first-time-OSHC-payment successfully (available for New Single/Family Allianz Care Australia, Medibank, AHM, Bupa OSHC Policy with at least one year cover time)
– Cashback voucher is non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
